Schedule Information
Classes typically begin promptly at 8:30am and end at 4:00pm, except where noted. Check in and continental breakfast begins at 8:15am.
Continental breakfast and lunch are included each day. Evening classes do not include meals.
Substitutions / Cancellations
Substitutions are welcome at any time; simply call ahead to let us know.
Please notify us IN WRITING of cancellations and transfers five (5) business days prior to the start date of the course in order to avoid a processing fee of one half the cost of the class. Contact Registration at (803) 732-0432 or via fax at (803) 732-5255.
If you do not attend the course and do not cancel or transfer prior to the start date, the course fee is nonrefundable.
Please note that it is our policy to hold all courses. However, the Center for Quality reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course, if necessary, and to substitute presenters. We will gladly issue course fee refunds if cancellation is necessary, but we cannot be responsible for any airfare penalties or other travel expenses that may be incurred due to these changes.
